YOUR ORDER

Once an order is placed, it normally takes 1-2 weeks for us to complete it but it may take up to 3 weeks for some particular items of which we will notify you individually. Each garment is produced locally in Latvia with care and in the highest quality.

PAYMENT

We accept payments made by major credit cards or through Paypal.

All prices are stated in eur with vat included (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges.

SHIPPING

The most convenient way for you and us would be receiving the parcel at our studio in Rīga,
Tērbatas street 85, preferably confirming the time with us beforehand.

We also deliver our products to Europe in 3-7 business days or any other international destination in 5-20 business days depending on the location. You can also choose between delivery at home or to a pickup location.

Shipping for all orders above 300 EUR is free of charge.
All items are shipped in ecologically sustainable packaging, ensuring both the protection of your new piece and our planet.
Our clients are responsible for any custom and import tax payments in cases when such are applicable.
In case it appears that the parcel has been lost in transit, please let us know – cinnamon.antra.hanna@gmail.com.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We gladly approve returns, exchanges, and cancellations, as long as they are handled in accordance with our return guidelines:

please reach out to us via email within 14 days of delivery;
return the items back to us within 30 days of delivery;
cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of purchase;
buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

There are some specific items that can’t be returned or exchanged. Unless the item has arrived damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns for:

custom or personalized orders;
perfumes;
items on sale.

We will only use your shipping/billing address and other contact information for the following actions:

order-related correspondence;
fulfilment and delivery of your order;

legal reasons (tax payments, etc.);

All content available on the website and the shop is the intellectual property of Cinnamon Concept, and is thus protected by Latvian and International copyright laws.

Without a written consent from Cinnamon Concept, none of the content of the website and the shop may be used, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, modified, or otherwise exploited, partially or in full.
